REESON Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Swinton, Manchester. You will support pupils with everyday classroom tasks, adapt activities to meet diverse needs including SEN, monitor progress, and work closely with teachers to implement effective strategies.

This full-time role starts ASAP with a welcoming SEN team and opportunities for professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide classroom and one-on-one support to help students stay focused and engaged.
• Adapt learning materials and activities to meet the unique needs of students, including those with SEN such as autism or ADHD.
• Collaborate with the class teacher to tailor learning strategies.
• Offer emotional support, boosting confidence and encouraging self-esteem.
• Track and monitor progress, working with the SENCO to develop and review individualised support plans.

Learning Support Assistant Key Responsibilities
