Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in Swindon schools. The role offers the chance to work in 1 on 1 settings or with small groups, helping children achieve their learning goals.

The ideal candidate will have TA/LSA experience or experience with children, must be calm and patient, and be able to support class teachers across different lessons. This is a temporary, flexible posting with DBS and safeguarding checks supported.

Within the Swindon area, Teaching Personnel are looking for a dedicated and experience Learning Support Assistant to join our team. Lucky enough to work with a range of brilliant schools, we have the ability to offer work from fully flexible, to full time, whatever suits you.

Ideal candidate will:

• Have previous TA/LSA experience, or experience working with children
• Be calm and patient
• Be able to support the class teacher
• Be able to work 1 on 1 and with small groups

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
