An opportunity has arisen to join our successful and highly respected school as a Learning Support Assistant within our SEND department. You will work under the guidance of the school's SENDCo and other senior staff to provide support in addressing the needs of students who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning. You will support students with identified needs within classes, small groups and individual study, working with a wide range of academically able students with varying SEND needs. The role is diverse and requires a flexible approach to support the students and promote their welfare.
