Milk Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join SEN schools across Nottingham, working on a long‑term or short‑term basis, starting immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity for caring and motivated individuals who want to make a real difference by helping pupils with additional needs succeed both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and small group support to pupils to help them access the curriculum and achieve learning goals.
  • Assist teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet a range of learning styles and abilities.
  • Support pupils with communication, confidence, and emotional development throughout the school day.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels supported and valued.
