This school is Outstanding and is number 1 in the local catchment. The school in question is a specialist school that supports approx. 100+ pupils on roll and can be considered an average sized setting. This school supports children that have been in managed moves from mainstream settings due to a number of complex SEN needs. The school is currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant on a full time basis to start ASAP and is a permanent role. For this role the successful candidate must have prior experience in education, childcare or care and have confidence supporting learners in KS2 and 3. This role consists of supporting SEN learners on a 1:1 and small group basis helping them both in the classroom, outdoors on school grounds and in the community. The existing team are passionate and dedicated and are invested in offering a broad and balanced curriculum that meets every pupil's individual needs.
