A leading independent education provider is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help create engaging learning experiences for pupils. The role involves supporting teachers, encouraging positive behaviours, and helping pupils with diverse needs to thrive. Applicants should have GCSEs in English and Maths and a passion for supporting children. This position offers a permanent contract and a comprehensive rewards package including mental health support services and flexible benefits.
Location: Heath Farm School, Ashford, TN27 0AX
Salary: £18,118.75 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 32.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit.
