Your opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting the development of children in our school. The successful candidate will assist the Class Teachers in the delivery of learning activities, be responsible for the care of children, help with the day to day running of school activities and help to supervise behaviour at break and lunch times.

What we are looking for

Cuddington Croft Primary School is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant, who, with guidance from the Class Teacher, will be responsible for the support, learning and development of our children. The right candidate will have A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English GCSEs and to have worked in a similar role before.

We are interested in hearing from all candidates, no matter what point in your career you are currently at. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. This role would be ideal for someone looking for a career change and working hours which fit in with family life, or for someone looking to begin a career in education or childcare as it will offer you a broad range of hands‑on experience and the perfect entry point into the profession.
