College Learning Support Assistant Enfield Full Academic Year

CER are working in partnership with a college with a Special Needs Department in Enfield who are seeking a number of Learning Support Assistants to support students with a range of learning disabilities and difficulties starting as soon as possible on a Long Term basis up to the end of the academic year in July 2026.

The college can offer a schedule of four days per week, 9:15am to 3:45pm along with training opportunities throughout the academic year.

Please apply if you have the following:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths or level 2 equivalent
  • Experience supporting learners with Learning Difficulties including Autism, SEMH, and Behaviour needs, Severe Learning Difficulties
  • Experience supporting young adults in an education setting
  • A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
