An educational institution in the UK is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to help enhance the learning and personal development of students, including those with special educational needs. The role involves supporting students in classrooms and across subject areas. Working term time only, this position offers a salary of £16,083, a generous pension plan, and benefits aimed at promoting staff wellbeing and personal development.
Working pattern: Term time only and Inset days (39 weeks).
Hours: 27 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3pm.
Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £16,083 per annum.
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.

The Burgess Hill Academy are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join the team.
Learning Support Assistants play a crucial role in the education of our students. They promote the learning and personal development of all pupils, including but not exclusively those with special education needs. Working as part of our Inclusion Team, the Learning Support Assistant will provide support in the classroom and work with specific students across all subject areas.
