• A Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with the ability to support pupils with learning difficulties and behavioural needs
• A proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who can work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• A Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with good communication skills and basic literacy/numeracy
• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or similar role is desirable
• A Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with the willingness to undertake training (e.g., Makaton, Team Teach, positive behaviour management)
