Cheshire College South & West is seeking a proactive Learning Support and Inclusion leader to drive high-quality services for learners with SEND, high needs and additional support requirements. You will manage a team, oversee EHCPs and ensure compliance with JCQ/Code of Practice, reporting to College leadership.
You will work across campuses, develop robust processes, and collaborate with Examinations to ensure inclusive access and effective learning support delivery.
Salary: £47,804 - £57,059 (per annum)
Contract Type: Fixed term 12 months
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Crewe Campus (travel to other campuses may be required)
