Harris City Academy Crystal Palace is seeking a Learning Resources Centre Manager to lead the LRC, support student achievement and maintain a professional, welcoming learning environment.
The role includes managing resources, coordinating INSET, budgeting, liaising with English/media teams, and organising reading schemes across KS3 to promote reading for pleasure and academic excellence.
We are currently looking to appoint a Learning Resources Centre Manager to manage and oversee the Learning Resources Centre at Harris City Academy Crystal Palace, maintaining a professional, stimulating and tidy learning environment at all times and foregrounding student achievements. The actual salary for this role will be £27,354.43-£28,996.45 (38 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week).
Harris City Academy Crystal Palace is a mixed Academy for 1,300 students aged 11-18, with a large sixth form of nearly 400 students. The Academy has four consecutive Outstanding judgments by Ofsted, with the most recent inspection in 2025 finding the Academy to be Outstanding in every category. We are a consistently high performing school.
