Job summary

Hauser & Wirth Learning is based in London (Mayfair) and focuses on delivering robust learning and partnership activities across all locations. The Learning Manager will support and develop learning initiatives, philanthropy engagement, and sustainable messaging, building inclusive programmes that connect art with diverse audiences.

The role requires significant experience in learning communities, strong relationships with partners, and the ability to work across departments to deliver

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a similar role with learning communities.
• Sound understanding of philanthropy and partners.
• A knowledge of and passion for contemporary and modern arts.
• A track record of educational programmes related to arts.
• Proven IT skills, particularly with Mac OS, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop the presence and influence of the department in London by leading learning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, cultural organisations, charities, community groups, and partners.
• Act as a visible ambassador for Hauser & Wirth Learning at external events and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed learning across the gallery.
• Ensure programmes are accessible, inclusive and aligned with priorities.
