This is an exciting role that will give you the opportunity to shape the end-to-end journey of a learner including the design, delivery, and evaluation.

You will be responsible for managing feedback, upward escalations, and suggestions for improvements of learning assets, ensuring the learning journey drives on‑going development of Customer Support and the delivery of good outcomes to customers.

In this role you will:
  • Deliver face‑to‑face & virtual training or learning solutions that meet the requirements of the business for example, New to Bank onboarding training.
  • Work with stakeholders/team members to ensure learning solutions best meets the need of our customers and HSBC.
  • Support Learning Managers & the team with creation of learning material for identified learning interventions.
  • Provide support to the team ensuring learning material is up to date & adheres to governance policy.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Recent Knowledge/experience of Secured Underwriting is essential.
  • Knowledge/experience of FST, Unsecured Underwriting, Complaints Handling or Financial Crime Risk is advantageous.
  • Experience in the design and delivery of learning activity, coaching individuals, and group facilitation to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in working in a learning environment where innovation and creativity is advantageous
  • A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to our customers.
  • Strong computer skills e.g. excel, PowerPoint.

This is a hybrid role is based in Sheffield or Leeds.
