About the Role

Experienced Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Specialist SEMH Provision | September Start | £90–£95 per day. Are you a skilled, compassionate Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference? This September, join a specialist SEMH provision in [Location] where every day is about transforming lives and helping young people thrive. This full-time, term-time only role offers a competitive daily rate of £90–£95 (dependent on experience) and is perfect for someone with proven experience supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use effective behaviour regulation and de-escalation strategies
  • Support academic and personal development in line with tailored education plans

What We’re Looking For
  • Experienced Teaching Assistants with a strong background in SEMH or alternative provision
  • Confident in supporting young people with SEMH, autism, ADHD or behavioural challenges
  • Resilient, patient, and able to form trusting, positive relationships
