About The Role

Learning Mentors work as part of a team under the direction of the Academy Leader, supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive learning environment. Experience of working with children or young people is desirable, along with a genuine desire to make a difference.
