Location: Hammersmith & Fulham

Salary: 100-120 per day

Start Date: Immediate or January 2026

About the Role

Long Term Futures are working with a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham seeking a Learning Mentor to support two pupils in Year 3 and Year 4 with SEMH and Dyslexia.

This full‑time, long‑term role suits someone with strong behaviour management, good academic ability, and a calm, mentoring approach. You will work closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and parents to help both pupils make consistent academic and emotional progress.

About the School

An inclusive and supportive primary school with a strong leadership team and excellent SEN provision. Located near major Hammersmith transport links (Hammersmith & City, District, and Piccadilly lines). Staff enjoy a collaborative, friendly environment with regular training opportunities.
