An education organization in Chieveley, UK, is seeking a passionate Learning Mentor to support pupils with complex special educational needs. The role involves preparing materials, guiding classroom activities, and working closely with teachers. Hours: 40/week, Monday – Friday
Salary: £23,638 per year (not pro rata) / £13.25 per hour
Start: December 2025 / January 2026

As a Learning Mentor, you will support pupils with complex SEND and SEMH needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and feel safe, understood, and empowered. Your day‑to‑day will include:
Experience in the SEMH or SEN sector is highly desirable. Experience supporting pupils with ASC is a real advantage. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, resilient, and genuinely passionate about helping young people flourish.
We are a growing school catering to SEMH pupils aged 6‑19, with almost 100 pupils across three sites. Our vision is to build incredible futures, empowering neurodiverse pupils to be happy, confident, and capable of finding their place in the world. We deliver structured, personalised education tailored to each student’s needs, guided by their Education, Health and Care plans. Pupils learn in small groups or one‑to‑one, supported by fully qualified teachers and instructors, in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
