We’re looking for a supportive, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

  • Positive, can‑do attitude – a team player who rolls up their sleeves to help others
  • Ideally someone with experience working in a classroom; if not, we’ll provide all the relevant training
  • Genuine passion for supporting children to learn and the impact it can have on their lives
  • Enthusiasm and expertise to support the teacher and work closely with our therapists, helping to create “tiny victories” that add up to big differences
