A global law firm in London is seeking an LMS assistant to support their Learning & Development team on a part-time basis. The role involves administrating the Learning Management System, ensuring accurate learning content, and maintaining a quality digital learning experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with LMS, strong skills in Excel, and familiarity with Power BI. Understanding of learning analytics is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience administering a Learning Management System is essential.

Global law firm based at St. Paul’s is keen to recruit an LMS assistant to support their Learning & Development team on a three day a week basis.

It’s a busy role as part of a job-share, reporting the Senior Learning Technology Manager, you be providing dedicated administration, configuration, and governance support for the firm’s Learning Management System (Docebo) and related data.

The main function of this role is top ensure learning content is accurate, well‐organised, and effectively presented across courses, modules, and learning pathways, a role that is central to maintaining a high‐quality, data‐informed digital learning experience for colleagues across the firm.

  • Proven experience administering a Learning Management System is essential (preferably Docebo or similar).
  • Strong data handling skills in Excel and familiarity with Power BI is essential.
