A local government authority in Ipswich is seeking an experienced individual to lead the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS). You will deliver engaging training sessions and work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs. The ideal candidate has proven experience with LMS, a passion for innovation, and strong collaborative skills. This is a permanent role with hybrid working options and competitive salary.

We’re looking for a confident, creative, and forward‑thinking individual to lead the implementation of our new Learning Management System (LMS), working closely with our chosen external partner. This role is pivotal in modernising how we deliver training and development across the service.

This role, along with our learning and development team, will report to the Organisation Development Partner. Our team delivers our SFRS learning offer in conjunction with Suffolk County Council and other programmes of work to meet service needs.
