Job summary

Raytheon UK is hiring an LMS Administrator to manage and optimise Moodle-based training platforms. You will test training materials, ensure smooth operation, and resolve content or technical issues for live customer environments.

The role covers configuration, user management, content uploading, system monitoring, reporting, and security compliance, collaborating with courseware, media, IT and training teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with LMS platforms (ideally Moodle).
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting.
• Understanding of e-learning best practices.

Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

The LMS Administrator will work with the Courseware and Media Teams to test the performance of training materials as they would be delivered in the live, customer environment. Using Moodle, the ideal candidate will manage and optimise the platform to ensure its smooth operation and identify any technical or content issues to be rectified.

Desirable experience

• Certification in LMS administration
• Experience with SCORM
• Experience with adult learning theories and learning content standards
• Knowledge of instructional design principles
• Knowledge of DSAT
• Knowledge of Jira.
