Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd partners with a leading international manufacturer to recruit a Learning Graphic Designer for its Capability & Learning team. You will turn information into engaging, accessible digital materials and visuals for a global audience.

The role requires strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills and a keen eye for typography, layout and branding, with hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in Graphic Design or related field in a commercial setting.
• Strong portfolio showing visual communication and design capability.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, branding and visual identity.

Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging digital learning materials, presentations and resources for an international audience.
• Transform technical content into clear, accessible visual designs.
• Develop high-quality learning assets using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Create infographics, layouts and visuals that simplify complex information.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development SMEs to meet design briefs and deadlines.
