Job Description:

The Role: As Learning & Enablement Lead Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering training content that enables customers and partners to effectively use our platform. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure our training program evolves alongside our rapidly growing platform. You will create and deliver both virtual and instructor-led training (the program is tiered from introductory through advanced/specialized levels and certifications) to customers worldwide, troubleshoot technical questions, and develop structured certification programs for partners and end users. The ideal candidate will have experience in pedagogical approaches, certification programs, and technical training for enterprise software, ideally in the data integration space. Ideally, the candidate will be located in the London area and able to work on a hybrid basis in the office. This role will require travel of 10-20% for customer and partner training.

What You’ll Do:

1. Instructional Design & Content Creation:
2. Build and shape a world-class training program for a cutting-edge data integration & AI automation platform.
3. Leverage GenAI training tools to design and develop training content, including self-paced e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and hands-on learning.
4. Create structured learning paths for customers, partners, and internal teams.
5. Create customized training materials for specific customers and partners.
6. Continuously refine training materials based on feedback, effectiveness metrics, and platform updates.
7. Gain knowledge in data integration tools or demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
8. Training Delivery & Facilitation:
9. Conduct engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for global audiences.
10. Facilitate technical hands-on workshops, ensuring applicability in real-world scenarios.
11. Address technical questions from learners, demonstrating deep platform expertise.
12. Partner Enablement & Certification Programs:
13. Develop and manage certification programs for partners and end users.
14. Collaborate with GSI partners to create enablement tracks supporting their implementation and sales efforts.
15. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
16. Work with Product and Engineering teams to stay updated and incorporate features into training.
17. Gather feedback to identify knowledge gaps and improve learning effectiveness.
18. Research and implement best practices in enterprise software training, adult learning, and instructional design.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or related roles in enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, APIs, and automation workflows or the ability to learn quickly.
• Experience designing and delivering training for enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or AI/automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) and LMS platforms.
• Proven ability to design certification programs for partners and customers.
• Excellent facilitation skills for virtual and in-person training to global audiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical questions and provide guidance during training.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and designing partner enablement programs is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel for customer and partner training.
