In this varied role, you will complete specialist assessments, develop and review care and risk-management plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies, you will help patients manage their health, promote wellbeing and ensure they receive coordinated, evidence-based care.
You will also provide visible clinical leadership, supporting and supervising junior colleagues, contributing to safeguarding, audit, training and service improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills while helping to shape and improve learning disability care within a prison setting.
This post is based across both HMP Ashfield and HMP Leyhill. You will be required to work 3 shifts per week at HMP Ashfield (7.30am-5.30pm) and 1 shift per week at HMP Leyhill (7.30am - 5pm).
A full driving licence and the ability to travel between sites are essential.

Address History:
5 years address history will be needed.
