Elysium Healthcare in Warrington is seeking an experienced Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join Arbury Court’s multidisciplinary team. You'll care for adult women in medium and low secure settings, PD and MH conditions, delivering high-quality care and supporting colleagues.

This role emphasizes teamwork, professional development and compassionate practice, with leadership and mentorship to less experienced staff, and a commitment to evidence-based care.

What you will be doing:

As a qualified Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), you will ensure adult women in medium, and low secure, and psychiatric intensive care PICU environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users

Where you will be working:

Location: Arbury Court, Townfield Lane, Winwick, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 8TR. Arbury Court provides medium and low secure care and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) for women aged 18 years and over with Personality Disorder (PD) and mental illness. Each service within the site has a unique focus, ensuring that the needs of all women can be met. Patients can move through services as their needs change, to focus on the next step in their recovery journey. The service offers a personalised assessment and recovery-based treatment pathway for women with complex needs. Using the rehabilitation and recovery treatment approach, we ensure that care is focused on the person.
