• Evidence of CPD in relation to learning disabilities, policy and practice
• Evidence of professional development and portfolio of learning
• Hold an MSc or evidence of MSc study or willingness to undertake further study.

• Provide expert clinical leadership to improve care for people with learning disabilities or autism across Trust services
• Coordinate information with patients, carers, clinical teams and partner agencies
• Promote staff awareness of health needs and implement reasonable adjustments per standards
• Monitor and evaluate care using data, audits, patient feedback and benchmarking
