We're offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Audiologist to take the next step into a leadership role within our vibrant and fast‑paced audiology team. This position involves clinical responsibility for patients with learning disabilities and dementia, leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality assessment and rehabilitation services tailored to their needs.
This position involves providing clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team comprising audiologists, audiology assistants, and administrative staff. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with a range of professionals, including Teachers of the Hearing Impaired, ENT consultants, and referrers across the region, to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
The role involves conducting both routine and complex hearing assessments, as well as hearing aid fittings. Responsibilities include:
The successful candidate needs to have significant experience in undertaking assessments on patients with learning difficulties and dementia and working within teams to deliver these services in a specialist setting.
