A leading care provider in Whitwick is seeking a Support Worker to provide assistance to young adults with learning disabilities. The role involves helping individuals with daily routines, promoting independence, and ensuring their health care needs are met. Hugglescote are a small 3-bed residential home supporting young adults with a range of learning disabilities ranging from Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour on a 2-to-1 or 1-to-1 basis. Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder! As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including the following responsibilities:
