A leading support organization in Newbury is seeking a Deputy Support Manager to help deliver high-quality, person-centered support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) required to participate in on-call rota
Required: Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs
You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
We are looking for a Deputy Support Manager to join our supported living locations across Berkshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities and Autism to live their life their way.
What we do matters so we are looking for someone with a strong track record of sector-based experience. This role will be crucial in ensuring we can continue our goal of making a difference every day to those we support.
This is a permanent full-time role, initially covering maternity leave for 6-9 months across Newbury, with potential for the position to move across to our Oxfordshire locations after this period. For internal purposes the contracted job title for this role will be Deputy Support Manager.
As a Deputy Support Manager you will assist in the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, safe and person-centred support.
