A leading facility management company in the United Kingdom is looking for a Learning & Development Trainer to oversee L&D initiatives, deliver training programs, and support staff development. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to new systems. The candidate must be flexible and willing to travel, holding a full UK driving licence. We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Trainer to support the Education business unit, delivering key L&D workstreams that underpin the OneISS journey.
This stand-alone role plays an important part in connecting Placemakers and supporting their development through structured programmes, digital learning systems and targeted upskilling initiatives.
We are looking for someone who can confidently oversee core L&D activities identified annually through the Education strategy review.
Current areas of focus include Placemakers Pathway, LMS course maintenance and reporting, induction programme design and implementation, and ongoing partnering with operational stakeholders.
