Role: L&D Trainer- Permanent - Newry

VANRATH is delighted to partner with a returning client to appoint a dedicated Learning & Development Trainer. This role provides key support in developing and delivering training programmes, ensuring employees gain the necessary skills and knowledge, with a focus on regulatory standards and best practices. You will help maintain high-quality training initiatives and support continuous learning across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and eLearning programmes for new and existing employees.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and group support to help employees apply new skills effectively.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on training outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participation, and feedback.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programmes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
  • Assist with sourcing training providers to meet identified skills gaps.
  • Develop and update training materials to reflect best practices and industry trends.
  • Support managers and employees with ongoing training guidance and administrative tasks.
Essential Criteria
