Qualifications

• Experience delivering training ideally in health or social care.
• Confident facilitation skills across both classroom and virtual settings.
• Flexibility to travel nationally with overnight stays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Run induction, mandatory, and specialist training based on best practices.
• Encourage reflection and build a strong learning culture.
• Support services with training requirements and keep compliance on track.
• Work closely with multiple teams to plan training and solve problems.
• Represent the L&D team while travelling to services nationwide.
