Responsibilities

  • Support talent management and succession planning activities.
  • Partner with line managers to identify high-potential talent and development needs.
  • Embed and support the effective use of Personal Development Plans.
  • Coordinate learning and development programmes and interventions.
  • Promote a culture where learning is part of everyday work.
  • Monitor and evaluate development activity and outcomes.
