A leading technology solutions company in the UK is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive Early Careers programmes, mentor L&D staff, and collaborate on employee onboarding. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a passion for a continuous learning culture. This role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

The Learning & Development Manager, reporting to the Head of L&D, leads the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of Early Careers programmes, including Induction, Onboarding, Apprenticeships, Internships, and Work Experience.
