Job summary

You will partner with leaders, HRBP and enterprise learning teams to identify needs, design practical learning solutions, and ensure staff have the skills to boost performance today and tomorrow. You will oversee a structured L&D plan, coordinate delivery with internal teams and external providers, maximise Caterpillar resources,

Qualifications

• Consulting: build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to understand capability needs and advise practical learning solutions.
• Training Needs Analysis: assess current and future capability gaps and set learning priorities.
• Training Solution Development: design learning experiences addressing capability gaps tied to business goals.
• Training Delivery: coordinate solutions through internal teams, external providers, and learning technologies.
• Evaluation: measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ownership of a structured learning and development plan for Desford and Stockton.
• Identify capability needs and agree learning priorities with stakeholders.
• Design and implement apprenticeships, early careers and leadership development initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery of programmes through internal teams and external providers.
• Evaluate impact using data and feedback to improve learning activities.
• Maximise value of Caterpillar learning resources and partnerships.
