A UK-based care organization is seeking a Learning & Development Digi Builder to design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences. The role is remote and requires experience with LMS systems, strong analytical skills, and a creative approach to learning. This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

You are a creative and learner-focused individual with a passion for digital learning and development. You have experience designing and building engaging digital learning content, ideally using a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Absorb. Your strong communication and facilitation skills enable you to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders, translating learning objectives into impactful digital experiences.
You are highly organised, accurate, and possess an analytical mindset, always striving for continuous improvement. With a customer-centric approach, you ensure that all learning content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with business goals and compliance requirements. You are resilient, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively seeking feedback and embracing new challenges.
Ideally, you bring experience from a regulated or compliance-driven environment and are familiar with e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Rise/Storyline), video editing, or animation. A qualification in instructional design, digital learning, or multimedia production, and knowledge of adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and data analytics in learning would be an advantage.
Above all, you are self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of digital learning across the organisation.
The Digital Builder is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality digital learning experiences that align with organisational objectives and modern learning practices. This role enables the L&D team to deliver scalable, engaging, and interactive content in-house, reducing reliance on external contractors, lowering costs, and improving agility.
By supporting the organisation’s digital transformation and self-service learning strategy, the Digital Builder ensures the creation of bespoke, branded content tailored to our culture and compliance requirements.
Compliance Imperative
ISO audits require evidence of compliance training that is accurate, current, and traceable - and there is a requirement to move from annual completion to monthly smaller sections.
