AESSEAL PLC in Rotherham invites applicants for a BA Learning & Development Apprentice to support training and professional development across the business. You will assist the L&D Manager, aid HR, and manage L&D admin and purchasing while participating in diverse training initiatives.

All training happens at the workplace with monthly tutor-led sessions. The company is a global engineering leader with a strong focus on sustainable manufacturing and local job creation.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Admin / L&D Course required.
• NEBOSH General Certification preferred or to be pursued.
• Full UK Driving License or working towards it.

Responsabilités

• Support the L & D Manager where required.
• Aid the HR department where required.
• AES Advance LMS - coordination/administration of training courses including mandatory Introduction to AES for new starters.
• Manage and administer all L & D purchase orders.
• Lead UK HSE training and coordinate L & D booking, admin (training providers / invites / arranging across shifts / room availability feedback).
• Assist with Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) management including PO administration.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other functions to aid Open Evenings / on-site school events / community engagement; scope to become Enterprise Advisor to a local school.
• Help co-ordinate initial apprenticeship administration (Interviews / room bookings / offers).
• Complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Admin / L&D Course / and NEBOSH General.

Kick-start your career with AESSEAL Rotherham as a BA Learning & Development Apprentice. The purpose of this role is to help support the training and professional development of employees with the vision of a culture of continuous learning and growth through programmes and initiatives.

• Aid the HR department where required
• AES Advance LMS - working with fellow employees in the coordination and administration of training courses. This will include mandatory Introduction to AES training for all new starters
• Manage and administer all L & D purchase orders
• Lead UK HSE training and co-ordinate L & D booking, admin (training providers / invites / arranging across shifts / room availability feedback)
• Assist with Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) management to include the PO administration
