As a Learning & Development Apprentice you will play a key role in supporting the growth and capability of our people. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of L&D activities, from operational support to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Event Management: Organise and coordinate both virtual and in‑person learning events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and facilitators.
• Content Curation & Creation: Curate and contribute to the development of engaging on‑demand learning resources that meet the evolving needs of our teams.
• Data & Insights: Conduct data analysis and produce reports to inform decision‑making and demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives.
• Learning Records: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date learning records, ensuring compliance and visibility across the organisation.
• Evaluation & Impact: Support the evaluation of learning programmes to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Platform Management: Help maintain and evolve our Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring it remains user‑friendly, relevant, and impactful.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Learn how to become a trusted advisor to the business, building strong relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Culture & Empowerment: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams by ensuring they have access to the right learning tools and resources.
