A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Learning, Development and Training Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Exeter. You will manage training sessions, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, and support wellbeing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have superb communication skills and experience in learning and development or HR. Job description
Learning, Development and Training Specialist

12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Hybrid, located in Exeter, Devon. Flexible to travel to offices across Devon and Somerset (Exeter, Plymouth, etc.). Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (part‑time hours may be considered). Salary: £29,000 – £32,500 per annum.

The role covers a variety of learning, development and recruitment projects – from delivering training and wellbeing events to onboarding new starters and coordinating career initiatives.
