A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Learning, Development and Training Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Exeter. Learning, Development and Training Specialist

12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Hybrid, located in Exeter, Devon. Flexible to travel to offices across Devon and Somerset (Exeter, Plymouth, etc.). Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (part‑time hours may be considered). Salary: £29,000 – £32,500 per annum.

The role covers a variety of learning, development and recruitment projects – from delivering training and wellbeing events to onboarding new starters and coordinating career initiatives.
