Learning, Development and Training Specialist L&D

12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Hybrid

Location: Exeter, Devon EX1, any Devon or Somerset office – flexible travel to Exeter and Plymouth required.

Job type: Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (part‑time considered)
Salary: £29,000 – £32,500 per annum

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, is recruiting a Learning, Development and Training Specialist to cover maternity leave for a group of companies across Devon, Somerset, Exeter and Plymouth (Feb 2026 – Feb 2027).

The role supports a range of learning, development and recruitment projects – from delivering training and wellbeing events to onboarding new starters and coordinating career initiatives.

What you’ll do
  • Plan and deliver engaging training and induction sessions
