Overview

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, is recruiting for a Learning, Development and Training Specialist to join the client’s HR team on a fixed‑term contract (Feb 2026 – Feb 2027) covering maternity leave for a group of companies based across Devon, Somerset, Exeter and Plymouth.

Salary: £29,000 – £32,500 per annum. Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (part‑time hours may be considered). Location: Any Devon or Somerset office with flexible travel to Exeter and Plymouth required.
