What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Maintain and update our Learning Management System (Your Hippo)
- Create and manage user accounts, learning pathways, and training content
- Generate and analyse reports on course completion, compliance, and engagement
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with providers to implement improvements
- Induction Coordination
- Support the delivery of new starter inductions, ensuring employees are enrolled in the right courses and have access to essential learning materials
- Upload and schedule onboarding content and monitor completion rates
- ASC-WDS Data Management
- Accurately manage workforce data on ASC-WDS and HR systems
- Coordinate with HR and operational teams to maintain accurate staff records
- Monitor data completeness, compliance, and support annual submissions to Skills for Care
- Learning Material & Content Support
- Assist in creating and preparing training materials, presentations, and digital resources
- Collaborate with the L&D team on e-learning design and development projects
- Training Logistics
- Book and coordinate face-to-face training sessions
- Communicate training details to delegates, including joining instructions and pre-course information
- Query Handling & Inbox Management
- Respond to L&D queries from colleagues and managers
- Manage the central Learning & Development inbox, providing first-line support and escalating complex queries where needed
- Reporting & Data Collation
- Collate and prepare training statistics and feedback for the Director of People
- Ensure all data is accurate, timely, and clearly presented
What We’re Looking For
- Education / Qualifications
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 in English & Maths
- Work Experience / Skills
- Experience in an administrative role (ideally within HR or L&D)
- Experience with LMS platforms and ASC-WDS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Special Attributes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of L&D processes in social care or similar
- Experience coordinating training or managing logistics
- Familiarity with e-learning design tools or content platforms
- Ability to collate and present data for reporting
