Job summary

Nelson and Colne College, in partnership with East Lancashire Learning Group, is seeking a Learning and Development Administrator on a temporary maternity cover basis. You will provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Director and coordinate CPDL days and events at Accrington & Rossendale College and Lancashire Adult Learning.

You will build strong relationships with SLT, Curriculum and Support Managers, and external providers, ensuring accurate records, reports and timely

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload and organise events.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient admin support to Learning and Development Director.
• Organise CPDL days/weeks/events.
• Maintain records of CPDL activities and assist with reports.
• Liaise with SLT, managers, staff and external providers.
