Job summary

Leeds Building Society is recruiting a Learning Delivery Manager to lead operational and regulatory training across the organisation in Leeds. You will design, deliver, schedule and govern learning programmes, line-manage a team of six Specialist Operational & Regulatory Trainers and partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into practical learning solutions.

• High levels of organisation, resilience and adaptability in a change environment
