Our client, a leading institution within the creative education sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Learning & Teaching Coordinator to join their Education Team on a full-time basis.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about academic quality, curriculum enhancement, and supporting an inclusive, industry-led learning environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring students remain at the heart of the organisation's teaching and curriculum practices.
Working closely with the Deputy Provost, Associate Deans, and Academic Services teams, you will:
Oversee academic curriculum builds and ensure curriculum specifications are accurate and up to date
Maintain and update policy documents, process templates, and academic standards
Support academic committees, course approvals, and periodic review cycles
Plan, coordinate, and manage course approval and review processes including panel recruitment, documentation, and budget tracking
Support academic schools with new curriculum development, academic enhancement, and policy guidance
Assist with postgraduate study support processes and budget oversight
Contribute to educational strategy implementation and academic audit projects
Collaborate with student experience teams to support student wellbeing and successful outcomes
Provide high-level administrative support to the Deputy Provost and wider Education Team
Essential:
✔ Undergraduate degree
✔ Strong IT competency
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
✔ Experience in curriculum design, quality assurance, and audit
✔ Experience managing budgets
✔ Ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Desirable:
➕ Teaching experience and/or qualifications
➕ Experience designing academic policy and processes
➕ Strong analytical ability to interpret and evaluate complex information
