A local secondary school in Winchester is seeking a Learning Coach to provide emotional and educational support for students. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships and have experience in supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioral needs. The role offers a permanent contract, starting in November 2025, with a salary of £23,762 - £26,143 per annum.

Monday to Thursday, 8.00am – 4.00pm and Friday 8am – 3.30pm (each day with half hour unpaid lunch break)

We are seeking to recruit a Learning Coach who also offers ELSA sessions as part of their role to our fantastic school. Central to the role is the ability to support pupils using evidence-based interventions both inside and outside the classroom, so they are able to learn effectively and participate fully in the life of the school. The role involves working with groups of secondary aged pupils as well as working 1:1 with pupils in a variety of areas including social, emotional and behavioural regulation.
