  • Serve as the office‑based main point of contact for all learners from day one of their apprenticeship.
  • Work closely with teachers, assessors, employers and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Ensure issues raised are dealt with or escalated to a senior manager in a timely manner.
  • Maintain OneFile compliance and act as the main point of contact for apprentices and employers.
  • Complete scheduled tasks and milestones, reporting to both the quality and compliance functions of the business.
