  • Deliver high-standard training to all Residential Services, ensuring compliance with sector standards.
  • Create engaging learning experiences that ignite curiosity and drive success.

  • Innovate and provide outcomes-focused solutions for training delivery.
  • Implement evaluation and feedback mechanisms to monitor learning outcomes and application in services.
  • Contribute to the training strategy planning and database management.

    Experience in the childcare sector or as a practitioner in residential care

  • Proven experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and respond to a range of emotions and behaviours.
  • Creative, articulate, and engaging with excellent communication skills.

    Amegreen Children's Services has been established since 2013 and has a therapeutic community of children's homes across rural West Berkshire and Hampshire.

  • Our homes support children who have social, emotional, and mental health needs and children who have a range of learning disabilities. Our homes have access to our therapeutic farm that provides Equine Assisted learning with horses alongside a dedicated therapy team to support you in your role.
