A community care charity is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist based in the Inverness area. The role involves designing and delivering impactful learning programmes for care professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to person-centred learning. The position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on people's lives.

The successful candidate will support our colleagues throughout the Scottish Highlands so the ideal candidate will be based around the Inverness, Invergordon, Huntly, Banff, Keith, Buckie, Portsoy, Fochabers, Elgin areas with regional travel expected and occasion travel to our head office in Widnes as and when required.
